Your rental fee includes...

• Exclusive use of the facility and lawn for nine hours
• Use of the site and grounds for photography
• Use of the custom-made wrought iron wedding gazebo
• Basic tables and chairs set once indoors
• A 90 min rehearsal time at a mutually agreeable date

In addition to your fee…

• Catering – Exclusive by Vibrant Table Catering & Events, menus start at $42 per person
• Wine, beer or cocktails served by Vibrant Table
• Events over 100 cars must use valet parking
• Our wine list has Zenith Vineyard wines and the wines of other partners from the Eola-Amity Hills
• We require a wine purchase of one case per forty guests
• Fee for tents & outdoor power $300
• Fee for P/A, video, wireless system $300
• Outdoor set on tables = $5; chairs = $1
