At Zenith Vineyard we offer several catering options to accommodate your specific needs.   We offer choice of excellent catering partners Vibrant Table Catering & Events, Loustic Catering and Willaby’s Catering.  

We’ve worked with Vibrant Table Catering & Events for the past six years and VT creates lasting memories, producing unique events with innovative style and vision.   VT artfully blends décor, floral, food, libations and entertainment.  They specialize in creating unforgettable events in our beautiful setting, preparing extraordinary food on the grandest of scales.  

Vibrant Table’s in-house floral design team is trained to see the perfect blend of form and color to compliment your event’s overall look.  They are adept at using color, texture, scent and sound to highlight the unique attributes of every event.Vibrant Table PlateEvrim Icoz Photography

Here are the Vibrant Table Dinner and Lunch menus, a good starting point, but they will work with you to completely customize your event. 

Willaby’s Catering has been recognized as one of the Willamette Valley’s premier caterers for nearly 20 years.   When Willabys works with a client they get to know their likes and dislikes and play an important role in helping make your vision come true from cuisine to event design through the many services they offer.  When you choose Willabys Catering, included in your catering package is a day-of coordinator to help ease your worries.  Willabys has offered these sample menus but they will customize any menu to be exactly the flare you are trying to bring to your event.  

 Loustic Catering is our newest option.   Daryl Gossack is a classically trained chef who discovered his passion for food and wine while living in France as an exchange student. After returning to the states, Daryl graduated from Horst Mager’s Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon. He has followed his taste buds around the world, bringing back the fabulous flavors and cooking techniques of other world cultures. With a focus on fresh, local ingredients and a flair for creativity, Chef Daryl Gossack promises to make each meal with Loustic an event to remember.

Leslie Gossack was an art history student before becoming a dedicated food fanatic. With a strong background in the restaurant industry she has the experience to guide you through every phase of planning your special event. Exceptional customer service and attention to detail define what Loustic Catering can do for you.   We’ve used Loustic Catering for many Zenith private functions – ask Daryl to pull off the perfect wine pairing menu and he is in his element!   Here are some of the Loustic menus
